大阪での写真展の開催が決定しました！
個人的には前回より展示数も増やし
より楽しんで頂けるような空間にしたいと思っています。

Cat Scratch Photo Exhibition in Osaka: Oct 30 – Nov 3

It’s official! Our group, "Cat Scratch," is hosting another photo exhibition in Osaka.

Building on last year’s experience,
I’m bringing a larger collection of my work to the gallery this time. 

I’ve put a lot of thought into the display to make it a space you’ll love.

If you’re in Osaka, please stop by!

A single petal blooming on the ground / RICOH GRIII

Morning came, and the soft, gentle light of a rainy day began to filter down.

The world, dampened and still, felt quieter and more peaceful than usual.

Looking up, the cherry blossoms seemed to dissolve into the pale grey sky.

But what brought a warm glow to my heart

wasn't the canopy above, but a single "flower" blooming on the ground.

On the deep-toned stone steps, soaked by the rain,

there was a pink umbrella—vibrant, yet gentle in its presence.

Bathed in the soft light filtering through the clouds,

it looked as if a single, giant petal

had drifted down from the heavens to rest upon the earth.

A quiet act of kindness, reaching out to a small life in the rain.

As the morning light embraced the scene,

the cold stone seemed to take on the warm breath of spring.

"A rainy day isn't so bad after all."

The soft cherry pink seemed to carry the echo of that gentle whisper.

While the trees in full bloom were breathtaking,

it was this "single flower" blooming in the soft rain light

that made my morning truly precious.

4月。
今年も桜の季節がやってきました。
50歳を過ぎたあたりから

後何回、桜を見ることが出来るのかを意識しています。

先日受けた健康診断の結果が良くなく
人生で初めて大腸の内視鏡検査を受けました。
ポリープがひとつ見つかり切除。

大腸の内視鏡検査って
思っていたよりも苦痛じゃ無いです。
麻酔の効果もあるのかもしれないけど
あっという間に終わりましたよ。
僕の周りも検査を受けたことが無い人ばかりなので
50も後半のこのタイミングでの検査を勧めています（笑）

One was busy photographing a cat, while the other gave me a warm smile through my lens.

Language may separate us, but a smile brings us together. Today, I captured more than just a photo.

言葉は通じなくても、

微笑みひとつで心は通じ合える。

ここのところ

海外からの旅行者が増えてきた気がする。

北九州を楽しんで頂けたら嬉しいな。

ふと考える

県外の友人から

「遊びに行くよ！」と連絡あったとしたら
どこを案内するか？
絶対に連れて行きたいお気に入りの場所はたくさんあるから
せめて2泊はお願いしたいな。

君がそこにいたから

シャッターを切った

なんら特別なことじゃない

でもそれが

意味のある日に変わるのも知ってる

君たちに向けてシャッター切った瞬間から
名もない日なんて無いんだよね

相方の買い物の付き合いでユニクロへ。
別に買うものもないけどなぁと店内を見て回っていたら
エリオット・アーウィットのTシャツを発見。

めちゃくちゃ影響を受けたし
写真集Snapsはバイブル。

これは買うしかないんだけど
4種類の中から1枚だけ購入。

写真のセレクトがちょっと僕的には残念。
もっといい写真あるのになぁ。

でもね、全く写真には興味ない相方が
「この写真好き！」というだけで買ってたから
ユニクロさん、さすがです。

ねこ写真展＠CP+2026展示作品

2026年2月26日（木）～3月01日（日）

パシフィコ横浜で開催された

ねこ写真展＠CP+2026での展示作品です。

今年もすごい盛り上がりだったみたいです。
会場でその熱気を感じたかったなぁ。

マイナーな僕に声をかけて頂き本当に感謝です。
また参加出来るように写真を撮っていこう。

会場で作品を見て頂いた皆様有難うございました！




僕は猫たちの日常を撮影するのが好きで
その猫たちの日常の中にも
写真的に「これは特別な瞬間」だと

感じることがたまにあります。
猫たちにとっては、ただの日常なのですが
それを作品に出来るかどうかは僕次第です。
